【体験記】実際に打ってみて起きた体の変化

ここからは私のリアルなメモを公開します。

【打った直後～翌日】

特に気持ち悪さなどはなし。

ただ、翌朝起きた時に「あれ？ お腹が空いてない」という不思議な感覚。普段なら

朝食に豚肉焼きとサラダ、パンを食べたくなる時間が食欲がなくなってしまいました　　

ただ朝はしっかり食べるべきなので無理にでも食べ切りました

【3日目～4日目】

1. Remove the cap

First, pop off the gray cap.

2. Unlock

Turn the lock mark at the top toward the “unlocked mark.”

3. Place on skin and push the button

Place it perpendicularly on your stomach or thigh and push the top button. You will hear a “click,” wait about 10 seconds, and you are done.

(There wasn’t really much to “guide” you through, sweat).

That’s it. Including disinfection, it finishes in 30 seconds. A tip is not forgetting to cool the area with an ice pack; this makes a big difference.

If you decide to take it once a week, for example on “Sunday morning,” you don’t have to worry about forgetting to take it.

[Experience Report] Physical changes that occurred after actually injecting

[Immediately after to the next day]

No feelings of nausea in particular.

However, when waking up the next morning, I had a strange feeling of “Huh? I’m not hungry.” Normally, I want to eat grilled pork, salad, and bread for breakfast around this time, but my appetite was gone.

Still, breakfast should be eaten properly, so I forced myself to finish it.
