⚠️ まずは大事な警告から

「ショット数が多ければ多いほど良い」

そう思っていませんか？ それは大きな間違いです🙅‍♂️

肌の厚み、骨格、水分の含有量は一人ひとり違います。

限界を超えて無闇に打てば、火傷や色素沈着といった「事故」の元になります🚑

今回の1301ショットは、私が肌の反応（赤み・熱の入り方）を一瞬一瞬、慎重に見極めながら、ギリギリのラインを攻めた結果の数字です。

「肌との対話」ができる医師だけが許される領域だと思ってください😎まあ、ちょっとそれはカッコつけすぎですけどね

どこに、どれだけ熱を込めたのか。

これが今回のフェイスデザインの内訳です👇

• 🔥 アゴ下：100ショット

• 🔥 フェイスライン・ほうれい線・メーラー：左右各200ショット
  
  → たるみの本丸。深さを変えてガッツリ引き上げます。

  → 年齢が出やすい細部も逃しません。

  → 鼻下を短く見せ、若々しい印象へ。

💉 「痛み」の真実と、私の心変わり

「こんなに打って痛くないの？」と思いますよね😅

今回は【神経ブロック注射】を使用しました。

This is far higher than the standard amount.

Why was this necessary? How did we perform it safely?

⚠️ First, an Important Warning

“The more shots, the better.”

Do you think that? That is a big mistake. 🙅‍♂️

Skin thickness, bone structure, and water content differ for every single person.

If you blindly fire beyond the limit, it will lead to “accidents” like burns or hyperpigmentation 🚑

These 1301 shots were the result of me pushing the line to the absolute limit, carefully observing the skin’s reaction (redness, heat absorption) moment by moment.

Think of this as a territory allowed only to doctors who can have a “conversation with the skin” 😎 (Okay, that might be sounding a bit too cool, but you get the idea).

(By the way, I have skin of steel that doesn’t get red even after 2000 shots, but I am an exception lol 💦)

📝 Revealing the “Aggressive Recipe”

Where did I put the heat, and how much?

Here is the breakdown of this face design 👇

🔥 Neck: 400 shots

→ Surprisingly often overlooked! Tightening the neck stabilizes the foundation of the face.

🔥 Under Chin: 100 shots

→ Destroying the double chin and sharpening the profile line.

🔥 Face Line / Nasolabial Folds / Malar (Cheeks): 200 shots each side

→ The headquarters of sagging. I lift heavily by changing depths.

🔥 Around Eyes: 24 shots each side

→ We don’t miss the fine details where age shows.

🔥 Philtrum: 16 shots

→ Making the space under the nose look shorter for a youthful impression.

🔥 Full Face Finish: Approx. 300 shots

→ Finally, uniform tightening across the whole face.

Total: 1301 Shots ⚡️

It is truly a procedure that “envelops the entire face in RF thermal energy.”

💉 The Truth About “Pain” and My Change of Heart

You might be thinking, “With that many shots, isn’t it painful?” 😅

For this session, we used 【 Nerve Block Injections 】.

The result? The patient said, “It was much easier than I imagined! ✨”

I used to explain, “You don’t really need nerve blocks for Morpheus.”

However… my thinking has changed. 🙇‍♂️

If you felt that, you are sharp! 👀✨

Usually, an “aggressive” session exceeding 1000 shots tends to turn the face bright red.

But look at our case photo. Despite being immediately after the procedure, the redness is surprisingly suppressed, right? 🤔

This is due to Royal’s “Obsession with Cooling.” ❄️

❄️ 1. Cooling during irradiation!

Although it is a heat treatment, we control cooling simultaneously with the shots to suppress damage to the skin surface.

We adjust the “hang time” (how long the needle stays in) by the millisecond ⏱️

Tightening changes depending on the location.
